Go back to the people who you booked the excursion through and see if they can help. Sometimes it takes a day or two depending on how busy they are too. My experience is that they want you to leave a happy customer. Hopefully everything works our.
What is the price per person for boogies for 2 people in 1 boogie? Can we book directly with them? We will have a car and can drive there on our own.. we would be interested in the day ride with the beach and cenote visit.

So we went there and found some place called Macau Offroad Experience. I think this is a different place but they offered a buggy for 2 for $65 ($32.50 each) did not even haggle as the price was ok. so we booked for first round today at 8:30 in the morning.. drived there in the morning, waited for their bus to bring about 20 more people before we went. Visited a coffee/cocoa ‘shop’, cenote and a beach.. all in all from first engine start to last stop 2 hours exactly. Pretty happy.. they offered overpriced tourist crap everywhere but you could ignore those ;) they also wanted additional $30 for their pictures which we refused.. told them $20 max, but they refused.. so we drove away. All in all it was fun.. would do it again :)
