Their website says 50 feet off the ground -- It didn't feel that high when I was there but if you're severely afraid of heights I'd avoid. That said, it's not bad once you're up there, the …

Their website says 50 feet off the ground -- It didn't feel that high when I was there but if you're severely afraid of heights I'd avoid. That said, it's not bad once you're up there, the guides are amazingly friendly, and it's good fun. I would avoid the last line though if you're afraid of heights. I can't remember their classification but it's the hardest one and after a long day even seasoned veterans (aka: me who does this all the time) were tired and just wanted to be finished.

Yes you can wear a backpack the entire time. I wore one and even forgot I had it with me. It doesn't get in the way. You'll have a great time!!!

Unfortunately I don't think so. The site for the treetop adventure states you need to be able to reach a height of 5'11". You are constantly clipping yourself onto different lines and some of the crossings require a far stretch of the legs. When I went, there were some younger girls around age 12 that made it through just fine.
