We are interested in the 3 hr snorkel tour. We just are wondering how you get on the catamaran, someone said that a small motor boat took them out to the catamaran . Or do you get on at a dock? I was just thinking it might be hard to get off and on a smaller boat. Can you tell me how it is done? Also we are on a cruise, and wondered what happens if the ship doesn't make the port, do you get your money back? Thank you

You meet on the beach by the Hyatt—there is a Delphi stand on the beach. A small motorboat takes you for less than 3 minutes to the catamaran. I don’t remember it being difficult to transfer boats. Ask about the refund, but the guys kept the schedule without any problem. If you tell them you’re on a cruise they will probably watch the time well.
