Hi. Central Park is about six acres! You could easily spend a day here! There are several play grounds , there is a wonderful little zoo, and many other attractions and things to do within the park! Bring a pic nic lunch and make a day of it if you are going to visit in Warmer climate! There are wonderful bridges and tunnels, strawberry hill , fountains, and so much more!

Most of the zoo is in buildings that surround the seal tanks so you should have no problems. It has gotten cold in New York over the past few winters but the weather here is hard to judge. It can be 30 degrees one day and turn around and be 50 degrees another. Pack accordingly.
