We are currently developing several energy efficient building methods for site built homes. Using various combinations of soy based closed cell foams and conventional insulations we are achieving extreme energy efficiency. We use a dual fuel furnace that acts as both a forced air electric heat pump and propane combination. The electric heat pump system is 8 times more efficient then standard electric with a propane back up for extreme cold temperatures. Each of our site built homes are designed to work efficiently off grid. Our Patented "Eco-Built"® Portable Home designs are also one of the most energy efficient, Studio Homes in the world. They reduces to half their size for easy transport. Our homes meet all residential code requirements.
