Shohola Township is a township in Pike County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 2,088 at the 2000 census. Shohola is a Native American name meaning "place of peace." According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 45.9 square miles, of which 44.6 square miles is land and 1.2 square miles is water.
