How much is the fee to go to the Kent falls?

If your car plate is out of state (not for CT plate) pay $15 for parking

No swimming that I could see

How much is it to get in to the park ?
A:
After checking the state website it is $15 for non-resident on weekends/holidays until 4pm, and no charge on the weekdays.

If they're on a leash.

Can you have a wedding ceremony at the park?

I have no idea, Jdwyer, above had a good suggestion. There isn't any covered area. It might be a lovely place to go for pictures.
