We are Idaho's #1 outdoor adventure company. We provide scenic whitewater jet boat tours in Hells Canyon, guided fishing & hunting trips, & much more! When you go on a trip with Killgore Adventures, you are traveling with the locals. We are a family owned and operated business and our trips start right in the heart of Hells Canyon right where all the big whitewater begins. Captain Kurt Killgore has been driving jet boats for over 20 years now, 18 of them commercially with 100% safety rate. Our main trip, the Wild River Tour, is six hours long where you go through the complete wild river section of the Snake River. The trip is 32 miles each way making four key stops and running all the whitewater rapids Hells Canyon has to offer. We go through Granite Creek and Wild Sheep Creek Rapids which are class 4/5 and numerous class 3 rapids along the tour which are exciting for everybody.

Enjoyed the trip very much. The driver, Eric, seemed to enjoy what he was doing and made it fun and interesting. Great scenery. Full review by Jerry N

My husband is retiring from law enforcement this week after 26 years of service, and I wanted to plan a special celebration getaway. I picked Killgore after years of talking about it. Our captain was… Full review by Sam R

We enjoyed the jet boat tour. This was a very professional operation with really nice boats. This was our second jet boat tour so having a boat with a cover kept the sun off us and made it more enjoy… Full review by Traci S
What is the prices of your jet boat trips? I looked on the website but it didn’t show prices.

I know from experience you get what you pay for after doing another outfitter two years ago and then Kilgore this October. I can tell you it was worth the extra bucks it cost!
I see that someone else has also asked this question, but I was hoping some more people would chime in with a response. I had a recent injury to my back but it is healing well. Our trip is in a month and I'm wondering how jarring and impactful the rapids portion of jet trip is? Just need some guidance on whether I should cancel my trip or not. Thanks!

I agree with the other responses. I had an L5 Lamonectomy (s)
is the trip rough where you bounce off your seat. Do you have to hold on to something during the white water part? also can you stay where you have lunch while the rest of the group does the white waters at the dam and be picked up on way back??? thanks

Our trip wasn't too rough. The big boat handles things well. If you want to get wet the back of the boat gets sprayed. The water was high. The character of the rapids changes with high to medium to low water. Some rapids get smaller, some get bigger. We had a one way hiker shuttle upstream. Kilgore had great service on the phone. I'm sure you could call them and get all your questions answered.
