Compadres Mall is an open-air structured mall that was developed in 1995, located in the heart of Dededo, Guam by local developers, and is a family-owned business. The Mall currently has 120 tenants. Our main businesses are comprised of 24 tenants, while our Bazaar I and II Marketplace is comprised of 96 tenants. Compadres Mall prides itself on catering to our local demographic with businesses that range from a variety of locally favorite restaurants to a number of stores that focus on affordable prices, alteration shops, banks and many more vibrant establishments.
