Bad customer service. I have left this shop within 30 seconds today. The temperature inside is well to high!!! Fitting room upstairs closed. What a joke!!!Full review by AnnaP-416

The worst Zara I have ever been to. Looks like a jumble sale. Staff are rude, and if you ask for help they huff answer puff as if it’s a big effort. Will never visit this hellish store again!Full review by LouiseW-1508
