Welcome To Capt Bart's Charters. I have been fishing for many years on beautiful Lake Erie. From ice-fishing with Dad near Mouse Island way back in the 50s and 60s to present day; I have seen and heard it all. I am proud to say when I passed the motor boat operator's license exam I passed all three facets..Rules of the road, Aids to navigation, and Safety the very first attempt. The U.S. Coast Guard ensign congratulated me say, 'Mr. Fey you are the first person to pass all 3 phases w/o having to come back (in the last 15 years) That was in the early 1980's. I was licensed along with 50 some other captains..the first 60 captains to be licensed in Lake Erie's Western Basin :) Call us today folks to book your Trip..Dates fill up fast.
