Has anyone ridden their bikes to the rookery from Mussel Shoals? I'd like to ride my bike here to get some exercise in, but I can't figure out if this is along the coastal vista trail and off of the 101 freeway. I have ridden in Ventura and have ended up being on the shoulder of the freeway with cars coming at me and I'd prefer not to do that again. Looking for a more leisure ride.
