Right outside the rail station exit there is a bus stop. Any bus from there goes to the Parade. A few minutes ride, ask the driver to let you know. When you get off at the Parade you will see LLoyds Bank. Cross over the crossing. You will see FAT Face on your right . Walk up the short lane and you can't miss the Castle Bow in front of you.. (The old East Gate to the castle green) You will see the portcullis. Entering the Castle green you can't miss the Castle to your right. Turning right takes you into the entrance into the inner courtyard and reception. On returning the bus stop is right outside Fat Face. Ask the driver to let you know the station stop.(All busses from that stop go past the station) Walk a few yards back to the crossing lights then walk back down again under the railway bridge and the station is seen to your right.
