If you check the National Trusts website as I do regularly, the answer is no, dogs are not allowed in any building within the National Trust including on the Wallington Estate. There are a few exceptions within the National Trusts buildings, but not at Wallington. The only only exceptions at the majority of National Trust buildings are registered guide dogs for blind and deaf members of the public. As I’ve said many times before where lots of the replies given to questions are completely wrong and that everyone should check there there answers on the National Trusts website like I do before they reply.

Q:
where is the entrance for a walk around the grounds or have you got to pay for that as well.
A:
You need to pay to park and then you can walk round at your leisure at no extra cost. It supports the future of these properties.

Q:
I saw a reply after someone asked if there where any buses you could get to Wallington Hall and Grounds from Morpeth. Someone replied saying there was a bus number M1 that went to Wallington Hall. I did a search for this M1 bus, but after a long search I couldn’t find any M1 bus or any other bus that goes to Cambo or Wallington from Newcastle Upon Tyne or Morpeth. I can easily get to Morpeth if there was a regular bus service to Wallington Hall or Cambo. So my question is! Is there a regular bus service from Newcastle Upon Tyne or Morpeth that I get to Cambo or Wallington Hall and Grounds. I’ve also asked this question on the National Trusts Wallington Hall Facebook website. Hope someone can help.
