We didn't have a tour as such we just went in the store at about 7pm on Saturday evening and it is played for about an hour before closing. Its every Friday and Saturday evening. Even standing on the ground floor by the Eagle you can see the organ pipesand the organist above you on the first floor, that was impressive enough.
