Fun little hike. Went midday and it was crowded. Early morning might be better in terms of crowds. I slipped on the gravel on my way down and wrenched my knee despite having tennis shoes on.… Full review by Texas7

Right, literally 5 minutes from the parking lot.

Yes definitely. The parking lot is very close by, the walk up is extremely short. It's not in a secluded area.
