Is this museum only open when there is an exhibit?

No but the permanent collection is small so I would only recommend going with no exhibition if you are a big Maillol fan. The Rodin Museum is a better bet for sculpture …
No but the permanent collection is small so I would only recommend going with no exhibition if you are a big Maillol fan. The Rodin Museum is a better bet for sculpture particularly in the summer as you can wander around the grounds.
