Is there anywhere to secure a bicycle near the beach?

There is a car park at the back of the beach but, for the life of me, I cannot remember if it has any bicycle stands. However, also at the back of the beach is the Queen Mary Gardens …
There is a car park at the back of the beach but, for the life of me, I cannot remember if it has any bicycle stands. However, also at the back of the beach is the Queen Mary Gardens and I'm pretty certain that part of the surroundings of these gardens was a metal fence through which you could pass a security chain.
