Boat was broken. Paid for parking for absolutely nothing. There should have been signage advising facility was shut. Or at least remove the parking chargesFull review by Tania M

What a superb piece of engineering. Free to enter, with an informative history of how and why the Falkirk Wheel was built. Nice restaurant and gift shop. Absolutely must visit if you're in the area. …Full review by Christopher T

What areas are dogs allowed? Cafe , wheel etc ?

Inside the main building, shop, cafe we were not allowed to take the dog, but surrounding areas and onto the boat ride on the wheel we were allowed to take the dog, hope that helps
