Is the highway noise from 80 noticeable or loud ?

I meant to say I hear it right now at 9:30 pm. Very sad. I didn’t notice it during the day. But maybe I was busy with other things. Now I’m sitting quietly and it’s very obvious in the beckgrsiybd.
