A new Windows 11 preview build has introduced a new feature that lets you customize the Copilot key on PCs with a dedicated Copilot button. The option will let users bind the key to an "MSIX packaged" app,

The Copilot key that laptop makers all added to their laptops can be reconfigured to launch another app entirely, as part of a Microsoft beta version of Windows 11.

Microsoft just released the KB5043186 update for the Windows 11 Insider Beta channel. This update adds two new features, one of which improves the way you share files with your Android Phone.

By default, any Windows PC with a Copilot key will still launch Microsoft’s Copilot AI application on any computers that have Copilot installed. But starting with Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 22635.4225 (Beta Channel), users will be able to remap the key to launch a different application instead.
