Hoo Zoo and Dinosaur World is launching a major search for Cinnamon after receiving new information after a public appeal

A British zoo announced it has temporarily halted the search for its escaped capybara to avoid stressing out the animal, who was said to be "extremely comfortable and happy" on the loose.

For the first time since Sept. 15, Cinnamon was spotted out in the world. The U.K. zoo announced on Wednesday, Sept. 18., that the capybara — the world's largest rodent species — was seen frolicking in the fields and woodlands near the zoo.
