The Frenchman, in the No. 01 Cadillac V-Series.R, reeled off a best lap of 1:14.592 in qualifying Saturday at The Brickyard, edging out Louis Deletraz’s No. 40 Wayne Taylor Racing with Andretti Acura ARX-06 by 0.225 seconds.
