When things are trending the way that they have been for the Las Vegas Raiders, it's only natural for team leaders to speak up and let their voices be heard. It's also to be expected that there would be some frustration involved when they do.

Teams would love to execute a Maxx Crosby trade, and now Las Vegas Raiders owner Mark Davis offers a convincing update on those discussions.

Maxx Crosby isn't going anywhere. Tuesday's NFL trade deadline came and went with a number of deals made, including the Lions acquiring defensive end Za'Darius Smith in a deal with the Browns, linebacker Preston Smith going from the Packers to the Steelers, and the Commanders landing cornerback Marshon Lattimore from the Saints.
