On one hand Trump told reporters about a third term Sunday, “We have a long way to go before we can even think about that,” NPR reported. Then, NBC News quoted Trump as saying he “was not joking” about a third term in office.
"Trump may not want to rule out a third term but the 22nd Amendment to the Constitution does," one expert told ABC News.
