A University of Pittsburgh student went missing after traveling to the Dominican Republic. The student was identified as Sudiksha Konanki, 20, from Virginia. Dominican Republic authorities say Konanki went missing while "walking on a beach.

Sudiksha Konanki, 20, was last seen in the early hours on March 6 at a beach near the hotel where she was staying in Punta Cana.

Authorities in the United States and the Dominican Republic are searching for a University of Pittsburgh student who has gone missing in the Caribbean country.
