Long press the Bluetooth button or the power button on your headset to set it in pairing mode. On your Windows 11 device, go to Settings and choose Bluetooth & devices from the side panel on the left.

The Bluetooth interface allows you or your employees to connect a headset for sales calls, printers, keyboards, mice or additional audio speakers without the restrictions of a wired connection.

Pairing a Bluetooth headset was easy, at least when I tried with my AirPods Pro. Set your headphones into pairing mode, have the Switch look for the device and hey, they're connected.
