And in the final presentation of the evening, the overall winners for men and women, South Africa’s Cameron van der Burgh and Hungary’s Katinka Hosszu, received their US$100,000 winners cheque.

Cameron van der Burgh has gone from an Olympic-winning swimmer to a hedge fund portfolio manager in the United Kingdom. Van der Burgh was born in Pretoria in 1988 and attended Glenstantia Primary.
