Royal Dutch Shell <RDSa.L> is placing a big bet on petrol stations and convenience stores in China, India and Mexico as it looks to shore up profits during the electric car revolution.
Oil giant Shell is set to unveil a record half-year profit of almost £7 billion as petrol prices continue to head towards £1 a litre.
Shell's 95-octane grade now costs $2.02 a litre before discount, while its 98-octane grade is priced at $2.26 per litre. The company's premium V-Power costs $2.63 a litre.
