As Athena Health Care Systems looks to close two nursing homes in Bristol, over 400 employees could be subject to layoffs.

The Ohio Department of Health concluded the nursing home "failed to provide adequate supervision to prevent the elopement of a resident," according to a 15-page inspection report obtained by WLWT.
