HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WCHS) — Dozens of banners in honor of Black History Month are up in Huntington, marking the third year prominent figures have been displayed on city streets.

Sponsorships for the banners, which feature veterans' names, photos and information about their service, were sold by the town to residents for $125. Vasek sponsored his own banner.
