HoYoVerse has released some information on the upcoming new 4-star character, Heizou, in Genshin Impact. He will be part of the first Version 2.8 banner, alongside returning 5-star Kazuha.

Heizou will show up as a featured four-star in both Kazuha and Klee’s banners. Yoimiya’s banner will appear in the second part of the Genshin Impact 2.8 update. She’s a five-star Pyro archer.
