Sony Pictures gave Spider-Man a couple of long-awaited updates at CinemaCon -- title of the fourth live-action instalment starring Tom Holland and the release date of Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse.

Spider-Man: Beyond The Spider-Verse is directed by both Bob Persichetti – who co-directed the first movie – and Justin K Thompson – who co-directed the second movie. The third one is set to pick up directly where the cliffhanger ending of Across the Spider-Verse. We were left off with Miles confronting his own variant in an alternative universe.
