Ohio — A federal judge late Wednesday tossed out a lawsuit that accused East Cleveland officials of retaliating against a man working for a political opponent of former Mayor Brandon King.

Lee was elected to his fourth term as the mayor of Brandon. He had previously served as an alderman from 2009–2013.
