Cargo container reuse platform MatchLog Solutions has raised $1.5 Mn in its pre-Series A round co-led by Motion Ventures and July Ventures.

ZIM Integrated Shipping Services Ltd. (whose container ship is pictured above) filed for an initial public offering with the Securities and Exchange Commission in late December.
