Applications are now open for New York State’s cooling assistance program, Governor Kathy Hochul announced on Tuesday.

Applications are open to help low-income New Yorkers stay cool this summer through the Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP), Gov. Kathy Hochul announced in a press release Tuesday.
