Norwegian Cruise Line has always been a bit of a rebel when it comes to food. Back in 2000, the company introduced the concept of Freestyle Cruising, and with it, the idea of Freestyle Dining.

Norwegian Cruise Line's newest ship, Norwegian Aqua, is the first in the line’s Prima Plus Class and is 10% larger than its predecessors, Norwegian Prima and Norwegian Viva.

Meanwhile, Norwegian Cruise Line has 20 ships in its fleet, including the just-launched Norwegian Aqua, ... complete with an eight-course menu paired with cocktails and live jazz music.
