Select "Calendars" from the Office.com Templates section. Select a calendar set folder and then click on the specific Office calendar template you want to use. A preview appears on the right side.

If you're a long-time Microsoft Office user, you might have worked with one of Microsoft's premade calendar templates in Word and assumed you could do the same in Google Docs.

Once the template is downloaded it is simply a matter of entering the information you want the calendar to display. Navigate in your Web browser to OpenOffice's Templates page (link in Resources).
