A new figure of Rei Ayanami from the Rebuild of Evangelion movie series is now available for pre-order. The figure costs 19,800 JPY (or approximately $141), and its scheduled release date in Japan ...

There have been quite a few Rei Ayanami figures referencing this Evangelion 3.0+1.0 spoiler. For example, MegaHouse released one of her in the same plugsuit and with long hair.

This Rebuild of Evangelion Rei Ayanami figure will appear in Japan in May 2023 and in North America in July 2023. Pre-orders for it are open until February 9, 2023.

An Evangelion Rei Ayanami assembly figure of her in a cat girl-themed plugsuit (Grimrock Version) will appear on AmiAmi. It will be a 1/8th scale and will require you to put it together first.

The new Evangelion figure of Rei Ayanami with long hair is now available for pre-order until October 7, 2024. The figure costs 19,800 yen (~$124.66) and will release in July 2025.

The company originally released the tentative Rei Ayanami figure in February 2022.The new figure set will have the “30th Anniversary Version” moniker to distinguish it from the previous release.

Sega first unveiled this figure in September 2023. The Ayanami Rei Pit Walk figure has her in a white plugsuit-like outfit that shows her midriff. However, a piece of cloth covers up her belly button.

While Rei will appear on her own, Asuka and Mari will be paired up for their figure. Both figures are expected to debut in Summer 2022. Each one is also part of MegaHouse’s G.E.M. Series.
