Today we will look at how to create a Picture-in-Picture effect in Photoshop. Creating the photo-in-photo effect with Photoshop will add to the photo making it more interesting.

Look for the effect Inner glow in the Effects box and click on the name. Reset Inner Glow settings to default to clear any previous settings. Change the Blend Mode to Multiply and the Opacity to 50% .
