The Seattle Seahawks pick 18th in the 2025 NFL Draft, meaning they are likely 15 to 16 spots away from getting one of the two first-round quarterbacks (Miami’s Cam Ward or Colorado’s Shedeur Sanders).

James is the clear choice for the bottom the list. The sixth-round cornerback out of Auburn was the only draft pick who did not make 53-man roster and was released at the end of the preseason. He was signed to the New England Patriots’ practice squad Sept. 16 and did not appear in a game this season.

One scenario that we haven't thought about - but probably should - is Seattle's front office throwing a total curve ball and picking somebody who isn't even on our radar.
