Both are good, you are paying slightly more for the boot space for dzire so it all depends on your requirement.

Both car has same engine In Dzire you will get additional boot space.It is a mid segment sedan and Swift is hatch back ... otherwise you can Buy Vxi/Vdi and make it fix after market.
