Place a slice of ham in each croissant then equally share the grated cheese between all six croissants. Place the croissants cut-side up in the greased baking dish.
Pour oven croissants. Fold up slices of the ham and stick in between the croissants. Top with remaining cheese, then cover in foil. Let sit at least 30 minutes or overnight.
Top with corned beef, shredded cheese and sauerkraut. Roll up crescent rolls starting at the wider end and working your way up. Any shredded cheese that falls out can be placed on top of the rolls.
Rather than serve your burgers on the usual soft bun with a slice of melted cheddar, stuff the beef and cheese into pita halves and fry them to give your burger a perimeter of crispy fried cheese.
