Launch your phone's app drawer and find the app whose stored data you'd like to get rid of. Long-press on the app icon and hit "App info" or the lowercase "i" symbol.

Android users will need to opt-in to use the auto-archiving feature. The option will appear via a pop-up window when attempting to install a new app on a device that’s out of storage.
