The man suspected of killing a woman in front of her home in February was arrested Friday in Farmington. A spokesperson for Farmington police says Matthew Sandoval was spotted by U.S. Marshals on the 400 block West Animas Street. Farmington police officers arrested him a short time later.
Farmington police arrested a man accused of shooting and killing a woman linked to a disturbing child abuse case. On February 26, Patricia Madrid was shot in front of a home. Police said 40-year-old Matthew Sandoval was the shooter and had a family connection to Madrid.
