Hardy geraniums ask little and give much ... G. phaeum 'Samobor' and 'Lily ... and eggplant for 'Lily Lovell.' Both grow 18-24 inches tall and 12-24 inches wide.

The excellent 'Lily Lovell' is another - a substantial early-flowerer, in dark violet-blue with a white eye. 'Rose Madder' differs in several ways from the normal G. phaeum type.
