The Browns reportedly hired Tommy Rees to become their next offensive coordinator after interviewing a slew of candidates that included Kubiak, the New Orleans Saints offensive coordinator. Rees was promoted from within as he served as Cleveland's tight ends coach and pass game coordinator.
