TEXAS (KAUZ) - The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) has named Carlos Jose Ayala Morales as the Featured Fugitive for March. The reward for information leading to Ayala Morales’ arrest is increased to $6,000.
DPS reported that while Hutchins was attempting to turn east he failed to yield the right of way, resulting in a collision with Corrado. According to DPS, Corrado died at the scene and Hutchins was taken to Ward Memorial Hospital with minor injuries.
