Denton ISD has landed a big name in the coaching world to be the next leader of Denton High School’s football program in David Beaty.

The former KU coach is a native of Garland, Texas. Beaty began his coaching career at North Dallas High School in 2001 before serving as a head coach at Irving MacArthur High School from 2002-05.
