An Illinois State Trooper and a K-9 were injured Tuesday in Chicago after a vehicle that failed to move over struck two squad cars. According to the Illinois State Police, at 7:48 a.m., two troopers were inside of their squad cars on the left shoulder of Interstate 55 just south of Harlem

An Illinois State Police trooper was injured in a multi-vehicle crash Saturday morning in suburban South Barrington.

Three Illinois State Police squad cars were struck within two days in violations of the state’s “Move Over Law,” even as troopers mourn the death of Trooper Clay Carns, who was killed in a similar crash on December 23rd.
